Therefore, my first steps are always to listen to your thoughts and ideas, and to explore what business goals you are wanting to achieve.

We can then agree:

how the required actions will be performed
and in what timescale / frequency
and by whom

We can also decide how and when we can review progress against the plan to assess the success in achieving your goals.

In terms of what level of service you require, and what tasks you want me to perform, these will also be discussed to create a tailored but simple service level agreement, which will list who is doing what, when, how much it will cost and what the payment terms will be.

However, each client wants something slightly different, as they have different client needs & niches, so I tend to use these as an indication of what is available, and typically how long it takes to implement, and therefore cost.
