This is the final post around being a member of the team who won  Innovation Of The Year Award at the UK Social Enterprise Awards in November 2025.

You can read the details in previous posts, but as Digital Navigator for the Frailty Service, based at the Jean Bishop Integrated Care Centre, I was part of the team who won an award to recognise our work using the Heidi Ambient Voice Technology in everyday clinical practice.

As well as the amazing Awards ceremony held at the Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Centre in London, the winning teams were invited to a celebratory Afternoon Tea on the Terrace at the House Of Lords as guests of Lord Victor Adebowale...exciting!

What a fabulous day. Plenty of chat, delicious food and a few glasses of fizz. A very unexpected treat to recognise the winners.

It was great to chat to other winning teams and hear some great updates in an entertaining speech from Peter Holbrook CEO of Social Enterprise UK.

What a highlight to wrap up my fascinating time as Digital Navigator with the Frailty service!

I've now stepped back from that role and full-time employment.

I decided to go back to running my own business and to focus on StitcheryCourses.com, and therefore I'm just working one day per week for CHCP at the Jean Bishop centre, to support staff digital confidence, until end of March 2027.

This is part of a Short Series
This post is the fourth and final in a small series exploring the Heidi project from different angles — winning the Award, visiting the Heidi office, the case study and filming, and visiting the House of Lords as one of the Social Enterprise Awards winners of 2025.

Each moment tells part of the story of how thoughtful, human-led innovation can ripple far beyond a single service. I'm immensely proud of being part of that journey.

Cheers, Sue x
