I had a lack of time to understand Mailchimp new changes. My MC guy usually did the tech set up for me and my clients and was no longer available.

How did that challenge make you feel? Frustrated I didn't have the time figure it out. I have used other email marketing platforms and to me MC is more frustrating. Susan, however explained what I wanted to have done in a simple and concise format that I no longer felt frustrated. Susan even created an easy to understand diagram of the 4 automation sequence by simply managing it with tags.
